Ever wondered why it’s so difficult to get hold of people at bit10 during February? Well here’s the reason why. Our staff spend 11 ½ months of the year chained to their desks, only to be sent away each evening with lots of homework as part of their Continuing Professional Development.

So once a year, as the high point of the CPD programme, we unleash them all onto the Alps for a week of teambuilding. It’s remarkable how they learn to cling together when we take them to the top of a high mountain and tell them they are going to slide down it!
